Do you have minimum order quantities?
We have minimum order quantities based on our service areas.
- Zone 1: For customers located within Zone 1, we offer delivery of a single pallet (600 sq ft) of sod.
- Zones 2-4: Customers in Zones 2-4 must purchase a minimum of 6 pallets (3,600 sq ft) of sod for delivery.
- Zone 5: Contact us for large-scale projects or wholesale sod purchases.
- Farm Pickup: Pick up any amount of sod directly from our farm
- Garden Center (NY & VT): Need less than 300 square feet? Visit a Garden Center that sells Saratoga Sod’s small sod rolls!
Where do you deliver sod?
We offer sod delivery to customers in New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont.
Do you sell sod directly to homeowners?
Yes, we sell sod directly to homeowners, as well as landscapers, landscape architects, golf courses, athletic fields, and more!
What is the lead time to order and receive sod?
Sod is cut fresh to order. If you are looking for sod to be delivered, please call 4-5 days ahead. If you wish to pick up sod at the farm, please call at least 1 day ahead.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday – Saturday.
What days & times is sod available for pickup?
Monday – Friday 8-10 a.m.
MUST be ordered at least 1 day ahead.
May I return sod if I order too much?
Unfortunately, sod is perishable and cut to order, so we do not accept returns. Use our handy sod calculator for help in ordering the correct quantity!
